Update

Workout

I have completed my workout last week (after 4 months hehehe):

Mon – Body Combat, ABS-CBN by Kim of course

Tue – Body Pump, ABS-CBN

Tue – Body Attack, ABS-CBN, Kim ulet (first time nya magturo ng attack sa time slot na yun and good news is sya na yung permanent instructor)

Thu – Cycling, Metro East, Michelle :x (umattend sya, mukha nga syang nag beach kaya siguro nawala sya for a week yata… 3rd branch na ‘to na nag attend ako ng class nya, di naman siguro ako mukhang stalker hehehe)

Fri – Body Pump, Metro East, Mon (di sya marunong magturo, di nya kabisado yung tracks and mukha syang tinatamad… after the class, para lang akong nag warm up, kulang na lang mag yawn ako habang naglilift ng weights hahaha!)

Fri – Cycling, Metro East, si Mon din dapat (may nagcover na instructor kasi Mon was not feeling well daw :-/)

 

Dealing with Pressure

Today, I have learned that putting pressure on me… makes me put pressure also to those under me hehehe… Just kidding!

Pero I feel good ha, I know my heart got bigger even just a bit J
