EARTH is not HEAVEN

Last night, or rather last morning (morning na ulet e), I slept at around 3am.  That was the time my laundry was finished.  It’s good that I have Head First book for me to read while waiting for the laundry to finish.

 

I was not able to go to the office as early as 7am.  I got up at 8am and arrived the office 8:38.

 

Kalaban ko sarili ko… to go or not to go?  Go where?  Gym or Officers’ Meeting then go home in Rizal?  Haay… mega guilty naman ako kung magwoworkout ako tapos di ako attend ng meeting.  Baka naman mabagsakan ako ng weights or masaktan ako sa Body Attack.  Naisip ko bahala na.  But the whole day, I have a heavy heart L  No more excuses, it’s my fault.  Late ako nagising, lumabas before lunch time to withdraw, deposit, and pay credit card (not necessarily in that order).  Tagal ko pa nag-lunch kasi may lunch out na naman ang Lokal ng <place company name here> minus Bro Alan (nagdeposit daw sa BDO, natagalan sya kasi marami yatang dineposit, kelangan pa ng armored van, hahaha!) and Bro Bert (nasa UK secondment, wish ko lang magpa-lunchout sya pagbalik nya J).  In short, 3 lang kami.  Moral of the story:  Kung gusto, may paraan at kung ayaw, maraming dahilan L

 

Part of my time was spent encoding.  Ang hirap, 2 hrs straight (30 lang yun na-encode ko huhuhu).  Nagkasakit pa si Sis. Janet kaya nadagdagan pa yung ita-type ko L  Anyways, that’s life, Christian life J

 

I received a text message from Sis Elsie:

God’s ultimate goal for our lives on earth is not comfort but character development.  Life is supposed to be difficult.  It’s what enables us to grow.  Remember…. EARTH is not HEAVEN.
