Good morning :)
This email made my first day in 2008:

Hi Shirley,
Success!
I've tested this with GL JEs and it seems to work okay. I even have a Held Item that expires within the facility days forward and it takes this into account. I've not tried it through CoB or with FT OPAY/IPAY.
If you believe this is okay now too, please package and forward the formal delivery.
Please also resend the formal CGL089 version (if needed).
thanks

Teary-eyed ako after reading this. Finally, the two zombie weeks have paid off. I even thought of resigning because of this. But there is one thing I regret though. I was not able to join the Rizal Division Thanksgiving last Saturday because of this. On that day, I received a text message from Bro Ed...
Minsan, may mga bagay na kahit gaano kahalaga, kaimportante, kahit napamahal na sa yo, kailangan i-give up. Kasi may mas importante pa dun... Ang gawaing ukol sa espiritu.
Bro Ed did not know what I was going through then but I believe, this message was sent to me in behalf of Him... to remind me that what I can do is nothing compared to what HE can do. This makes me more thankful to Him... for reminding me how small I am compared to His greatness.
Fitness First ID and Manong Driver
Remember the time when I almost got an accident because of the driver who sped away while I was getting off a public transport van? Well, he returned my FF ID this morning at the shuttle terminal. At first, naasar ako nung nakita ko na yung van nya yung nakasalang dun and sabi ko hindi muna ako sasakay, kainis kasi sya mag-drive tapos yun nga, muntik pa ko makaladkad ng sasakyan nya last time. I also noticed that the other passengers who came before me were in line and also do not want to get into his van even if there are still a couple of vacant seats. I just thought, maybe they also hate his driving "skills". And then he approached me and handed me my long lost FF ID. I already paid 400 bucks for ID replacement a week after I lost it because I thought that I left it in the locker room and the FF staff in Makati said no one has returned it to them. I think I was able to say Thank you to him when he handed me the ID but I am not sure if he heard it. Anyways, it makes me wonder how he got it. I always place it inside the small pocket of my backpack with zipper and it is with my other small things also. If my ID accidentally dropped off my bag while I was getting my office ID, I think my other small stuff there should have fallen also. Hmmm... anyways, it's good he returned it to me because I now have two FF IDs. I can leave my things in FF MOA and do labas-pasok. I cannot do so with only a single ID because in that branch, the lockers are electronic so you have to leave your ID in the reception and they will give you an electronic card as key for the locker.
